COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund for WHO powered by the United Nations Foundation and Swiss Philanthropy Foundation
Donations support WHO’s work, including with partners, to track and understand the spread of the virus; to ensure patients get the care they need and frontline workers get essential supplies and information; and to accelerate research and development of a vaccine and treatments for all who need them. Some donations also support Fund partners UNICEF, for its work on COVID-19 among vulnerable communities including children, and the vaccine development alliance CEPI.

Plan International Ireland
Plan International Ireland is a development organisation that advances children's rights and equality for girls. Every day, we ensure that the children who are most marginalised receive the education and essential services they deserve and the protection and care they are too often denied.
Vulnerable communities are under serious threat from COVID-19, we are working with communities on how to prevent infection, to learn about effective hygiene, and continue lessons even while schools are closed. We are working with teachers to use local radios stations to broadcast lessons to help children continue their education while they are away from the classroom.
All donations go towards Plan International Ireland’s educational programmes.
