MXO3-K36

MXO3-K36 is a frequency response analysis (FRA) option for MXO3 series oscilloscope. Easily characterize the frequency response of various electronic devices, including passive filters and amplifier circuits. Precisely measure the control loop response (CLR) and power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) in switch mode power supplies. The FRA option leverages the built-in oscilloscope waveform generator to create stimulus signals from 10MHz to 100MHz. By measuring the stimulus signal to output signal ratio for the device under test at each test frequency, the oscilloscope accurately plots logarithmic gain and phase for valuable insights into device behaviour.
