The THS4131IDGNR is a fully differential input/output Low Noise Amplifier, fabricated using Texas Instruments' state-of-the-art BiComI complementary bipolar process. The THS4131IDGNR is made of a true fully-differential signal path from input to output. This design leads to an excellent common-mode noise rejection and improved total harmonic distortion.
- High performance, 150MHz, -3dB bandwidth (VCC = ±15V), 51V/µs slew rate
- Low noise, 1.3nV/√Hz input-referred noise
- Differential-input/differential-output
- Balanced outputs reject common-mode noise
- Reduced second-harmonic distortion due to differential output
- VCC = 5V Single supply to ±15V dual supply
