AS-90, 400G

AS-90 is a welders anti-spatter spray. This a practical and affordable 3-in-1 solvent-based welders’ fluid: anti-spatter, wire feed lubricant, and post-weld corrosion inhibitor. Anti-spatter is a light spray applied before welding to areas subject to weld spatter, which will prevent build-up on the metal surface. It dramatically reduces time spent scraping, sanding, and chipping during clean-up. Wire Feed Lubricant lubricates new or rusty welding wire creating a smooth feed to the welding torch. Post weld anti-corrosion when sprayed on welded joints and parent metal, it provides a protective surface coating which minimises flash rusting. It prevents spatter adhesion to equipment and surfaces. Use on resistance welding tips, Mig and Tig tips, weldments, electrode holders, contact tips, tools, metal moulds and bench top splash guards. Also works as an effective wire lubricant and anti-corrosion treatment.

Pastabos

Stored at normal ambient temperatures and has a shelf life of not less than 6 years with correct storage. Aerosols should always be stored below 50°C, away from direct heat and flame.
