DS3930E+

The DS3930E+ is a six 256 position non volatile potentiometer with I/O and memory in 20 pin TSSOP package. It has 64 bytes of user EEPROM and four programmable non-volatile I/O pins. The six potentiometers are separated into two groups of three 50Kohm potentiometers in parallel. Each group of three potentiometers shares a common high side and forms an equivalent resistance of 16.6Kohm.

• Supply voltage range is 2.7V to 5.5V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• Four general purpose non-volatile I/O pins
• All six potentiometers share a common low side
• Up to eight DS3930s can share the same 2-wire bus
• End to end resistance is 16.6Kohm at ±20% tolerance and temperature coefficient is 250ppm/°C
