DS60R+T&R

DS60R+T&R is an analogue temperature sensor. It measures its own temperature and provides these measurements to the user in the form of an output voltage (VO) that is proportional to degrees centigrade. The output voltage characteristic is factory-calibrated for a typical sensitivity of +6.25mV/°C and a DC offset of +424mV at 0°C. It is used in applications such as monitoring battery packs, disk drives, printers, and space- or power-constrained thermally sensitive systems.

• Supply current is 80µA typical at (-40°C to +125°C; 2.7V ≤ VDD ≤ 5.5V)
• Measurement error is ±2°C maximum at (-40°C to +125°C; 2.7V ≤ VDD ≤ 5.5V)
• Sensor gain is 6.25mV/°C typical at (-40°C to +125°C; 2.7V ≤ VDD ≤ 5.5V)
• Nonlinearity is ±0.8°C maximum at (-40°C to +125°C; 2.7V ≤ VDD ≤ 5.5V)
• Power supply regulation is ±2.0mV/V typical at (2.7V ≤ VDD ≤ 3.3V)
• Sensor drift is ±0.25°C typical at (-40°C to +125°C; 2.7V ≤ VDD ≤ 5.5V)
• Output impedance is 800 ohm typical at (-40°C to +125°C; 2.7V ≤ VDD ≤ 5.5V)
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
• SOT-23-3 package
