MAX1834EUT#TG16

The MAX1834EUT#TG16 is a high efficiency step-up converter with reverse battery protection 6 SOT23 package. It protects the device and the load when the battery is reversed, it features a built-in synchronous rectifier which allows for over 90% efficiency and reduces size and cost by eliminating the need for an external Schottky diode. This step-up converter operates from a +1.5V to +5.5V input voltage range and deliver up to 150mA of load current and have adjustable outputs from +2V to +5.5V. It is typically used at medical diagnostic equipment, pagers, hand-held instruments, remote wireless transmitters, digital cameras, cordless phones, battery backup, PC cards, local 3.3V or 5V supply.
