DMM6500 DEMO

The DMM6500 DEMO from Keithley is a 6½ digit is a broad purpose (DMM) enabling customers to debug, validate, and manufacture their end devices. It's 13 measurement functions including capacitance, temperature (RTD, thermistor and thermocouple), diode test with variable current sources and up to 1MS/sec digitizing are now included. The most recognizable feature of the DMM is the large 5inch capacitive touch display that makes it easy to observe, interact with and explore measurements with “pinch and zoom” simplicity. Beyond its display technology, the DMM superior analogue measurement performance delivers 25PPM basic DCV accuracy for one year and 30PPM for two years potentially allowing user to extend calibration cycles. KickStart is a PC-based instrument control software that allows a quick integration of multiple instruments to automate tests on the workbench without programming.
